Brandhalle — Mirker Bahnhof / Utopiastadt
At Utopiastadt’s Mirker Bahnhof campus, BRAND developed a large-scale facade intervention for an industrial hall — a site-specific mural whose colour field follows geometry rather than covering it. The hall extends roughly 140 metres; white, yellow and orange hold that length as architecture, not as applied decoration.
Concept and execution remained one continuous process. Weather, use and the life of the campus stay visible in how colour meets structure. The hall is still itself; it is newly legible.
Brandhalle marks a threshold in BRAND’s development: from precise intervention toward a consistent visual language at architectural scale.
