CRAZY TIMES / SUMMER HEAT

Wuppertal · two walls · one passage · 2021

Two opposing surfaces define a passage. Together they form one spatial work rather than two separate images.

One side fragments the climate of that summer; the other releases it as heat. Moving between them, the viewer completes the composition. The tunnel is both route and encounter.

Here the architectural partner is transitional space — a volume of circulation where graphic clarity carries temperature without narration.
